Thank you for choosing to book with us. By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Prices & Payment:
The price includes accommodation plus any meals and entertainment as specified at the time of booking. Additional treatments can be booked and paid for separately. We accept the following forms of payment: Stripe Credit or Debit Card Payment, Stripe. Payment may be made in full at the time of booking or a non-refundable 50% deposit can be paid, the balance remaining will be debited from your credit or debit card on June the 17th.
In the event that the second and final payment is not received by the due date then the initial deposit will be retained and your place on the retreat will be made available for another guest to purchase. Please check for confirmation emails that your booking has been successful.
Cancellation and Insurance:
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance. If you cancel your booking before the 17th July 2022 you will receive a full refund less the 50% non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations after the 17th July 2022 will be ineligible for a refund.
All deposits are non-refundable or transferable. All bookings are non-refundable or transferable. By completing our booking form and paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Circumstances beyond our control
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday caused by extreme weather conditions, illness or injury, or other circumstances beyond our control.
CoronaVirus Cancellation Policy – 2022
Booking a retreat during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic you acknowledge that you are taking a risk that circumstances may change following the initial booking.
If you contract coronavirus prior to the retreat or you are required to self-isolate, you will not be able to attend this retreat. You are recommended again to take out travel insurance.
Covid 19
If you are unable to travel due to any personal illness such as Covid-19, our cancellation policy will apply. If, during your stay, you begin to show any symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you inform us straight away. Should you need to return home before the 11th July due to illness, no refund will be payable for the proportion of your affected stay.
Non-availability:
Escape the crazy reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking, without a statement of reasons at any time.
Accommodation
Any damages must be reported prior to your departure. If the accommodation has been left in a very dirty or damaged condition, there may be additional cleaning charge made to your debit/credit card.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside your accommodation.
Personal Property
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings on Tal Y Bont Uchaf stables accommodation.
Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at the owner’s risk.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted for the duration of this retreat. Should this rule not be adhered to, fines may be enforced.
Arrival:
Check is from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Departure:
Check out time is 10 am on the day of departure
Damages and Breakages:
Please take care when staying at our Treehouse retreat. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repairs if the damage or breakage is significant. We may also make an additional charge of £50 if you did not report any significant breakages/damage to the Treehouse.
Parking
Parking is available at Tal Y Bont Uchaf farm
Liability:
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data:
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held only for the purposes of dealing with your booking or marketing purposes.
